Welcome,
Dream Team.

This is your house now.

"God puts a call on people's lives — and when they answer it, something shifts. You felt that. Something in you stirred, and you said yes. That yes was not an accident. You were made for this. I get to — not I have to. Welcome to the Riverchase Dream Team. We are so glad you're here."

— Elizabeth Farr, Dream Team Director
What we believe

Four things that
drive everything.

1

Love God

You worship one, serve one, and pray first. Every Sunday starts and ends with Him.

2

Love People

Every person who walks in is a life worth serving. You find a way to say yes.

3

Pursue Excellence

Not perfection — the relentless pursuit of better. You go above and beyond.

4

Choose Joy

Joy is a decision you make. Your energy is contagious — bring it everywhere.

We say

Words that
shape how we serve.

A few small swaps that say a lot about how we see this.

How we show up

Dress standard,
not dress code.

No one's checking a list at the door. The short version: smart casual, comfortable enough to move and serve freely, put-together enough that you feel confident. If what you're already planning to wear sounds like the examples below, you're set.

"Am I comfortable? Could I serve confidently in this?"

For Men, Generally

  • A button-down, polo, or clean t-shirt
  • Jeans or dress pants
  • Closed-toe shoes

For Women, Generally

  • A top you'd wear out to dinner
  • Jeans or dress pants
  • Comfortable shoes you can move in
One more thing

Get connected.

Two quick downloads before Sunday — the Highlands App and Slack.

Your First
Serve.

No normal serve. Your first one is designed — from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave.

What to expect

Here's how
the morning goes.

1

You're met at the door

A Support Team member will be there waiting for you. You won't walk in wondering where to go or who to find. Someone is already there for you.

2

Meet at the café table, then breakfast at Dream Team Central

You'll meet your First Serve Leader at the café table, then head over to Dream Team Central (DTC) together for breakfast. Real conversation — just you and someone who's genuinely glad you're here, before anything else starts.

3

Rally

From breakfast, you'll head into Rally — the whole team gathers before service for about 10 minutes: devotional, vision, energy. You'll be there with your First Serve Leader, taking it all in before you ever start serving.

4

Campus tour

You walk the campus as it comes alive. See the rooms, feel the energy, get a sense of the house before it fills.

5

Meet your team and get going

Your First Serve Leader walks you over to the team you've joined — whatever that team looks like — and you get to be right in the middle of it with them. You'll pick up the rhythm as you go, with people right beside you the whole time.

6

Debrief and celebrate

You come back together at Dream Team Central — your First Serve Leader is there, and so is your coach. Prayer as a team. This part's simple: celebrating you, and making sure you're already feeling connected.

It all matters. This is how we make it feel that way from day one.
